Sheet Metal CNC Punching Process from YISHANG
CNC punching is short for digital control punch, is an automatic machine tool equipped with program control system.The control system can logically process and decode the program specified by the control code or other symbolic instructions, thus enabling the punching machine to operate and process the parts.
Compared with ordinary punching machine, CNC punching machine has the following characteristics:

Processing mode:
1. Single punch: single time to complete punching, including linear distribution, circular distribution, circular distribution, grid hole stamping.
2. Continuous blanking in the same direction: the rectangular mould can be partly overlapped for machining long holes, cutting edges, etc.
3. Multi-direction continuous blanking: machining of large holes using small dies.
4. Nibbling: using small circular die with small step for continuous arc punching.
5. Single forming: shallow drawing forming according to mold shape.
6. Continuous forming: the forming processing method which is larger than the mould size, such as large-sized shutter, rolling bar, rolling step and so on.
7. Array forming: machining multiple identical or different workpieces on a large plate.

Before punching, the operator shall carefully input data according to the drawing, and after the data input is completed, confirm again whether the data is consistent with the drawing.
During punching, the operator shall watch the stamping process at all times to avoid damage to the plate and other problems, and not delay the following process.
After punching, the operator removes the plate and USES the corresponding measuring tool to check the size carefully according to the drawing to ensure the size is correct.
